RESIDENTS
Please have the following scanned documents available and ready to be uploaded:
For Proof of Identification:
- A valid ID or Driver's License
For Proof of Residency:
- A rental/lease agreement, mortgage statement, current property tax bill, or most recent utility bills covering 90-days of service
- If you are a renter within the S.U.N. and HORACE MANN zone, a completed Tenant Verification Form is required.
For vehicle verification:
- CURRENT DMV REGISTRATION (for every non-Guest permit): Valid registration copy reflecting owner name, make, model and permanent license plate number of vehicle.
Guest permits can be ordered once your account is approved.
BUSINESSES
A business located within the Residential Permit Parking zones listed below may be eligible for parking permits for its employees, depending on the availability of off-site parking and visitor parking needs.

Applications that are incomplete will not be processed. The maximum number of permits issued is the lesser of the number of employees listed on the Business Tax Certificate or the employee directory/listing.
